I used to stop by here weekly on the way home from school 5 years ago. I still make the drive for their half chicken every now and then. The chicken is cooked perfectly most of the time. The meat falls off the bones!
I usually get sick of the chicken easily because the breast is bland... But not from this restaurant! I always finish the whole (half) chicken in two servings. It's that good. The garlic dipping sauce compliments it really well. I always purchase extra sauce. -

I took my brother and my girlfriend here and we got the dinner buffet for 11$. It's definitely not your run of the mill buffet, it's actually got a lot more of a home-cooking vibe that we really liked.
The chicken kebab, beef skewers, and lamb chops especially were so good. The rice was nice and soft, with toppings options like green peas with beef. They also have really good sides and salad like tabouli, cucumber yoghurt and dolmas.
Overall, would definitely recommend you give it a try and I think it's an awesome value and really unique. -

Moonlight Pizza and Chicken offers Armenian cuisine with a focus on homestyle cooking. In addition to to Mediterranean fare they also offer pizzas. After taking a look at the buffet, I decided to go with that option.
Lunch Buffet ($9) - The buffet consisted of the following hot items: lentil soup, chicken soup, Mediterranean rice, roasted chicken, green bean stew, grilled vegetables, grilled eggplant, beef kabobs in a tomato stew, and a beef stew prepared with some vegetables. The cold items included: hummus, tzatziki sauce, garbanzo beans, kidney beans, roasted red pepper dish, shirazi salad, dolmas, sliced oranges, and some greens. The chicken and beef stew were a little over cooked.
Overall I thought the food tasted just ok and nothing really stood out. The hummus, tzatziki, and bean dishes were fresh. The buffet is reasonably priced, however the dishes being offered were a little too plain for my liking. Unfortunately some of the dishes used too much salt, as me and my co-worker were extremely thirsty during the day after eating here. -

Yelp page says Mediterranean and the owner said Armenian. Family owned place with a cheap and solid lunch buffet for only $9. Came around 11:45 and the place was not too busy, informal setting where I was encouraged to eat first and then pay at end of the meal. Flavorful rice pilaf that goes well with the many dishes. Best entree was a ground beef stew with carrots, flavorful and hearty, I had 2 full servings! Right next to it on the buffet was a seasoned beef log under tomatoes, similar but just not as robust a flavor. Excellent yogurt sauce, creamy, fresh chopped veggies with a slight crunch! Stuffed grape leaves were solid if you like those. Green beans in a thin tomato-based sauce. Roasted carrots and also eggplant had little or no seasoning, so just roasted veggies (skip unless vegetarian or eating very healthy). Finished the meal with Walnut baklava ($1 per piece), was delicious.

Good homestyle lunch buffet. Restaurant can patch some walls.
